Application
1. Applications and characteristics of the drag chain
(1). The drag chain is used with reciprocating movements to guide and protect the cables, oil pipes and gas pipes inside.
(2). Each joint can be opened, which simplifies installation and maintenance. They are silent and wear resistant. They can work at high speed.
(3) The cable chain has been widely used in CNC machine tools, electrical equipment, machinery for the stone, glass and window industry, plastic injection molding machines, manipulators , lifting equipment and large and automated warehouses.
2. Structure
(1). The shape of the cable tray resembles the rails of the tank. It consists of many seals that can rotate on the seal next to it.
(2). For cable carriers of the same series, the internal and external dimensions as well as the pitch lengths are the same. There are many options for the internal dimension and the radius of curvature.
(3) .Each joint consists of connection joints on both sides and top and bottom cover plates. Each joint can be opened, which facilitates installation and disassembly without threading the cables. All you have to do is open the cover and then insert the cables, the oil pipe and the gas pipe inside.
(4). The dividers are provided for the arrangement of the space inside the cable tray.
