Machine bed,gantry and parts are processed by high temperature tempering treatment and vibration failure treatment so they will be stable,no deformation even after many years. Pickling and phosphating protect the steel from rust, which also makes it more durable.
After the heat treatment and surface treatment, these parts are sent to the processing plant, where they are processed exactly twice.
