Main Features
Alternate material feeding via manipulator reduces material waste while increasing feeding torque. It improves precision and avoids scratches on workpieces for consistent pre-processing before tooth shearing.
Lead-screw positioning transmission with dual-side four-slide rails provides stronger power and stable cutting performance, reliably handling wide and thick strips for tooth punching & shearing.
Built-in planer slotting system fitted with imported high-strength alloy cutter tips. Eight replaceable cutting edges work in rotation for neat, stable notching. Multi-tip cutters need no grinding or regular maintenance, enabling low-cost operation. Automatic knife alignment removes the need for manual cutting-depth adjustment.
High-precision servo-controlled automatic V-grooving system controls V-notching and bending. It automatically adjusts notch size with a tolerance ≤0.01mm, preparing the profile for clean tooth shearing.
Vertical telescopic bending system supports a minimum bend radius of 5mm. The integrated automatic cutting module boosts overall efficiency. Double-rod arc bending enables faster forming and high precision, supporting accurate tooth cutting at curved sections.
Powered by in-house developed channel letter bending software. It synchronizes the full machining sequence including tooth shearing, and offers lifetime free upgrades.
Full-servo 8-axis configuration. All axes are driven by servo systems for precise control during tooth punching and shearing.
Tooth shearing function: Automatically rotates and punches teeth according to the letter contour, and performs automatic tooth shearing at bend arc positions.
Independent material support stand maintains stable material feeding, ensuring consistent tooth punching and shearing accuracy.
