How to set given voltage and sensitivity of plasma cutting machine?

a.Given voltage -The given voltage value determines the distance between the torch and the plate during cutting.

i.Set given voltage value according to the cut chart.

（if we don’t have cut chart,we can press”PREHEA” to let torch cut metal.At the same time,obeserve Actual Voltage,for example actual voltage is 127,then we need to set given voltage to 127）

i. The larger the given voltage the further away from the plate the torch will be

ii. if we don’t have cut chart,we can observe,the given voltage can be adjusted to actual voltage during cutting.So we can keep the distance changeless.

b. Sensitivity – Controls the height controller’s responsiveness.

If the value is smaller, then the torch height adjustment response is slower, vice versa.
