Description of 1325 Stone CNC Router
We also call this stone carving machine "stone cnc router",because it is able to do not only all works which can be done by standard cnc router,but also stone carving with water sprayer and water tank.So if you process all materials like wood,acrylic,PVC,marble,granite,tombstone,even metal like aluminium,copper,bronze and steel,you can choose this stone cnc router.What's more,this marble carving machine equiped with a 4th rotation,which can be used for carving round and squre column materials.
Advantages of 1325 Stone Engraving Machine
1.We must use big power spindle like 5.5kw,because stone is a hard material,when it is being carved,spindle will have big torsion and usually we will carve complicated patterns and let spindle work a long time continually.Spindle must have dust-proof and water-proof functions,because carving stone needs water cooling for bit and stone dust is small,very easy to come into spindle without dust-proof.
2.The 4th rotary axis can hold round and square column.Its working diameter can be up to 400mm.
3.Big power 450C stepper motor and Leadshine ND2278 driver for Y-axis.They are more expensive than 450B stepper and Leadshine DMA860H driver.They supply big power to drive heavy gantry and supply high precision.
4.Heavy-duty machine bed is processed by high temperature tempering treatment and vibration failure treatment.No deformation and it will run smoothly without vibration.
5.The machine can be lubricate by user at any time, so it is very easy and convenient to maintain the cnc router.
6.Stable T-slot table with PVC.It can be loaded on very heavy material up tp 1000kg and very easy to hold material by clamps and T-slot.
7.Stainless steel water slot cooling system, ensuring the tools get the adequate cooling, prolong the tools life time, getting the more better engraving effect.

About payment

After you agree, please finish the balance.Finally.we arrange the delivery.

1. 3 years guarantee of the whole machine.
2. Main parts shall be changed free of charge if there is any problem during the warranty period.
3. Lifetime maintenance free of charge.
4. Our engineer can be sent to your company for training if necessary.
