3KW air cooling spindle, oscillating knife cutter
3kw air cooling spindle, 24000rpm, cutting harder materials, like wood, plywood, MDF, plastic and soft metal.
Functions
1. Cutting: complete cut, half cut, and dot cut;
2. Line Pressing: a group of creasing wheels available for creating folding lines, which are widely used in paperboard, cardboard, corrugated board box making;
3. V-cut: “V” shape cutting function, for making accurate carton boxes, especially, corrugated board boxes.
4. Mill-cut: can be useful for Acrylic, plastic, and some other relatively hard materials.
5. Marking: the cutter can also mark lines or patterns with common signing pen, oil pen, ball-point pen, Silver pen, etc.
6. The cutter is a computerized CNC machine. All the sharp turnings can be controlled on the machine.
7. The depth can be adapted to your needs. Nesting is more convenient and flexible.
8. The cutting knives can be changed.
