High‑precision back‑gauge system enables quicker and more accurate positioning. Constructed as a welded steel frame, the back‑gauge features exceptional rigidity. Driven by servo motors, ball screws and linear guides, it guarantees high‑precision performance. The four‑corner mounting set‑screws support rapid adjustment.

Electromechanical deflection‑compensation function Fabricated from high‑strength steel, it adopts an internal nonlinear wave‑type inclined‑block structure. Motor‑driven design enables precise adjustment of compensation values.

DSP Laser Protection Device (Optional) This Italian‑manufactured DSP laser safety unit provides comprehensive personal safety protection for press‑brake operators and eliminates hazards arising from the machine slider’s fast‑speed motion. It creates a block‑shaped protective zone covering the front, middle and rear sections of the bending tip. Mounted beneath the tool tip, the protective area moves synchronously with the die. As the die travels downward at high speed, any object approaching the tool tip must first pass through the DSP‑generated safety zone. Should an obstacle such as an operator’s finger intrude into this protected area, the system instantly outputs a signal to halt the slider’s downward travel.
